No stranger to South Florida, Mill Creek has filed plans for a 13-story apartment building in Boca Raton. They’ve built, or are building, a dozen projects in the area, which also is their home base.
The Modera Boca Raton will have 358 apartments and 6,500 square feet of retail. Mill Creek hopes to capitalize on the project location being just west of the Brightline station. The South Florida Business Journal reports a surge in development around the South Florida Brightline stations, which are also in Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.
There would be indoor amenities and an open-air courtyard on the eighth floor and a pool on the roof.
The apartments would range from 539-square-foot studios to 1,387 square feet with three bedrooms.
