First it was Porche, then Mercedes and Bentley. Now Italian Hypercar brand Pagani is announcing it is putting its name on a Miami boutique residential building. The Pagani Residences will be a 28-story, amenity-packed property featuring a 240-foot waterfront boardwalk, private boat slips, and entertainment spaces for 70 all-corner residences. The two-to-four-bedroom homes range from 2,000 to over 3,300 square feet, with penthouses up to 6,900 square feet.
Miami-based developer Riviera Horizons is heading up the project. Designed by Miami’s architecture firm Revuelta Architecture International, with interiors curated by Pagani Arte, the newly established Made in Italy interior design division was born from the founder of Pagani Automobili.
Pagani Residences will include amenities, such as a fitness center, spa, sauna and steam rooms, a rooftop pool with 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay, poolside cabanas and hot and cold plunges.
Pagani Residences in North Bay Village are priced starting at $2.4 million. Completion is slated in 2027.
